| Lamaze classes are held quarterly for our
maternity patients. Your sessions should be scheduled at the beginning of the 7th month of your pregnancy. Please call the New Beginnings Department at 704 732-5118 at the beginning of the 7th month of your
pregnancy to schedule your sessions. |

| Freshstart Smoking Cessation Class |
| Freshstart is a Smoking Cessation program sponsored by the American Cancer Society, designed to help you
quit smoking in two weeks. It is a two-part process addressing new techniques for attacking the physical
and psychological needs to smoke. The program is a positive and supportive experience for participants.
This class is free to the community. Call Stephanie at 704-732-5542 to register or to receive more information
