Outpatient Diabetes Services
Outpatient Diabetes Services help patients with diabetes manage their disease as independently as possible, improve their overall health and prevent long-term problems.

Emergency Department
Each year the Emergency Department serves approximately 28,000 patients. Of those, about 2,300 are admitted to the hospital.

Heart Center
Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in the United States and in Lincoln County. Because of this, Carolinas Medical Center-Lincoln has strengthened its resources to battle the disease.

Home Health
Home Health offers comprehensive services, supplies and infusion therapists to help patients who are recuperating in their homes.

Imaging Services
The Imaging Department provides comprehensive X-Ray, MRI, CAT, nuclear imaging, ultrasound, and bone density testing.

New Beginnings Birthing Center
New Beginnings Birthing Center offers specialized health services to meet the physical and emotional needs of new mothers, and was recently given a PRC 4-Star patient satisfaction award for ob/gyn services.

Optima Therapy Services
Optima offers a variety of rehabilitation services for inpatients, outpatients, physicians, industries and home health clients. Our goal is to help clients reach their optimum level of health and performance.

Sleep Center
The Sleep Center diagnoses and treats a variety of adult and pediatric sleep disorders. These include loud snoring, sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, narcolepsy, dependence on sleeping pills, sleep walking, night terrors and nightmares.

Surgical Services
Carolinas Medical Center-Lincoln offers both inpatient and outpatient surgical services, and was recently given a PRC 5-Star patient satisfaction award for ob/gyn services.
